You Decide

Many people try God when nothing else works. They exhaust all their resources
and then ask the Lord to help. And that's where the problem lies.

If we’re sick, for example, the first thing that should come to mind is that God wants us well. Jesus Christ took the stripes on His back, and by His stripes we were healed (1 Peter 2:24). If we were healed, then we are healed. We can walk in
healing.

The truth is, it doesn't matter if every person who's ever been in your situation has died. You don't have to die, because there is no name above the Name of Jesus (Phil. 2:9). I don't care how many symptoms come on your body. You don't have to keep those symptoms. You can decide whether to have them or not. It's up to you.

When a headache would try to come on my grandfather, he'd immediately say, "Oh no you don't, Satan! You don't have any dominion in my body. You have no authority to attack my head. In the Name of Jesus, pain has to leave!" And the pain had to leave because "by Jesus' stripes we are healed."

Too many people today are deciding to have something they don't want. Decide right now that you're tired of having that thing. And I'm not just talking about sickness. I'm talking about situations and struggles—financial difficulties.

Christ didn't die on the cross for you to sit and deal with bad situations! He died on the cross so you could have life, and have it more abundantly. That means spiritually, physically, emotionally, and financially—in every area!

It's time to stop limping through life and playing peek-a-boo with the devil. Renew your mind with the Word, believe it in your heart, and speak it with your mouth. No matter what the devil says, you can have what you say. Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world! Take what you need by faith—right now!
