Faith is the hand, so to speak, that takes from God. In the natural realm, if someone offers you something, you can reach out your physical hand and take it, because you can see it. In the spirit realm, you have to see with the eye of faith. You can’t see in the spirit realm with the physical eye. You can only see physical and material things with the physical eye. But we know from God’s Word that there are things available to us in the spirit realm.

For instance, in the spirit world, there is healing. It has already been purchased. It has already been paid for. God already has it wrapped up with your name on it. It’s just waiting for you to take it.

Well, how are you going to see that? You can’t see it with your physical eye like you would a birthday gift all wrapped up and packaged for you. So how do you know it’s there? You know it’s there because the Bible said so.

Jesus not only purchased your salvation—the remission of sins and the New Birth—but He also took your infirmities and bore your sicknesses (Matt. 8:17). And He is waiting for you to reach out and take healing. He is waiting for you to see it with the eye of faith—faith that is based on the Word.

Confession: With the eye of faith, I see healing. And with the hand of faith, I reach out and take my healing. It’s mine; I have it now. Even when it doesn’t seem like I have it, I know that I have it. I call those things that be not as though they were.
