What are you facing today? No matter your situation, see yourself the way God does—according to His Word. See yourself healed and delivered—with plenty, not lack. See yourself possessing the promises of God. As you read the Word, believe it and say what it says.

I learned at an early age to see myself the way God does. When I was going to Bible school, I worked on a freight truck dock in Dallas, Texas. One day the foreman asked everyone on the dock if they could do a particular job. Each one said no. But when he got to me, I told him I could. Did I know how to do the job? No. But I asked a friend who did that kind of work about it. And I went to the library, studied, and learned how to do it. I was promoted just because I said, “I can.”

People miss out because they say, “I can’t do that.” They put limits on so many things. But with God, there are no limits. Philippians 4:13 (NKJV) says, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

Seeing yourself the way God sees you will cause you to talk differently. Let the Word get inside you when you read it. Believe what it says. You can begin living not just an abundant life but a life of overflow. It’s good to be blessed now and then. But it’s much better to have a life that overflows with blessings.

This issue of The Word of Faith is designed to help you live above life’s circumstances! Too many people are just trying to survive. But God never intended for you to be defeated. He wants you to thrive and push through all limitations. When you do, you will accomplish things you once thought impossible. You will see the visions that God gave you become a reality.
