Campmeeting 2018 was a time of breakthrough and new beginnings. God’s presence permeated the Rhema campus. People from across the United States and around the world came to feed on God’s Word and experience the refreshing of the Holy Spirit. From Summer Blitz to Rhema Kids to the adult services, all ages experienced encounters with God. Here are some highlights from the week.

A Supernatural Breakthrough

Kenneth W. Hagin

“The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.” —Luke 18:27 (NKJV)

God specializes in the impossible. He comes through when all your hope is gone and breaks you out of the enemy’s traps. Supernatural breakthrough is possible! God wants to break you out of your circumstances. When He speaks, things tremble. It’s time to let the power of God bring you to a supernatural breakthrough. Victory is possible. Many people wonder when their situation will change. Instead of asking why, you must rise up and take hold of your victory. David faced many obstacles in his life, but he triumphed over them all. The same God that was with David is with you. God will deliver you!

Hear God’s Voice

“Are you practicing your purpose? Be faithful with what God has for you now. Are you in the proper position? Eliminate distractions in your life. Are you in the proper place? Stay close to God. He has plans for you that you don’t even know! If you practice the purpose that He has right now, He will lead you every step of the way—one step at a time.” // Lynette Hagin

Only Believe

“By Jesus’ stripes you were healed (1 Peter 2:24). You already have been healed. You already have been set free. There is no question about whether you’re going to get healed. You can’t go get something you already have! John 14:14 (NLT) says, ‘Ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it.’ Start saying what you want. It’s that simple. Only believe.” // Craig W. Hagin

Pray Honest Prayers

“God wants us to bring our frustrations, disappointments, expectations, failures, dreams, anger, anxiety, and sadness and cast it on Him. Unload it on Him! God doesn’t want the ‘polite you.’ He wants the real you. Until you are able to be transparent and get really honest with God, you’ve never fully opened up your heart to Him. And that is what He wants more than anything—your whole heart.” // Denise Hagin Burns

speakers

The Holy Spirit takes the written Word of God and writes it on the tablet of our hearts. He’ll cause the Word to come alive on the inside of us and empower us to speak it out and walk it out. Then it will start to materialize in our lives.” // Charles Cowan

“ ‘Behold, I will do a new thing’ (Isa. 43:19). It’s happening right now! God is opening new doors. Don’t keep going over old things from your past. Forget about it. He will use you in new ways and give you new strength and anointing. He can change everything!” // Mark Hankins

“It is God’s will for us to run our race to win. Determine that nothing is going to stop you from getting to the finish line. There will be some battles and hindrances but keep running no matter what it looks like. Be in it to win it!” // Darrell Huffman

“Learn to minister to the Lord. When you’re singing psalms, hymns, or songs of praise, you create an atmosphere. In Acts 13:2, they created the atmosphere, then the Holy Ghost spoke. Sometimes the Lord is waiting on us. Take time and set the atmosphere—worship, reverence, and bless Him.” // Bill Ray

“The way your spirit becomes the dominant force of your life is through your mouth. The Holy Spirit moves based on the words you speak. If you say what you see, you will see what you say. Confession builds a road over which your faith carries its mighty cargo.” // David Shearin

“The Holy Spirit wants to have a place in your heart. He wants to become real to you, guide you, and speak to you. You have a purpose and a destiny. You’re going to need supernatural help to fulfill that destiny.” // Kirk DuBois

“What kind of impact will you have on other people’s lives? Set a high standard in every area of your life. When you set the standard high, people will look up to you. You’re not too young to be used by God.” // Joe Duininck

“Before the world began, God loved you. That means before you became a Christian, prayed a prayer, or read your Bible, God already made a decision to love you. That’s something to base your life on.” // Tad Gregurich

“God never sets you up for failure. He always sets you up for success. Temptation is the work of the devil. You can win against the devil and temptation every time. There’s always a way out.” // Tony McKinnon

“God is love, and people are attracted to love. You can’t be love and be like the world. How do you get yourself out of conformity? The most powerful thing you can do is make your life God-governed.” // Dan Taylor

Summer Blitz: Climb

Summer Blitz 2018 was an anointed week of worship and ministry for hundreds of young people. The speakers inspired and challenged the 6th through 12th graders throughout the week to climb higher and go to new heights in their relationship with God.

During one session, the following was prayed over students as they committed to pursuing God’s plan for their lives.

“I pray the fire of the Holy Spirit would begin to burn in these young people beyond anything they conceived or imagined. I pray the Holy Ghost would sanctify this generation. Take these young people and fill them with Your glory, Your Word, and Your Spirit. Turn them loose in this world! In this room are the next great missionaries, evangelists, healing ministers, teaching ministries, and pastors.”

You have to conquer fear before you get to enjoy the destiny God has for you. Whatever desire God has put on the inside, you need to go after it. It doesn’t matter what stands in your way.” // D.K. Hall

Our relationship with THE Holy Spirit should be more intimate than the disciples’ relationship with Jesus. We are supposed to rely on the Holy Spirit. It’s in His DNA to be our helper, comforter, and counselor.” // Brayden Blauw

“Whatever struggle you are going through, God is with you. God will not forsake you nor give up on you. You may not sense His presence, but as long you’ve accepted Christ in your heart, the Holy Spirit will never leave you.” // Chris Campbell

“Live a life against the grain. Be intentional about your relationship with God. Do things on purpose that will strengthen your relationship with Him. No person can do for you what God can do for you.” // Katy Caple

“Shame will tell you that you’re not worthy to be in God’s presence. But Psalm 34:18 (NLT) says, ‘The Lord is close to the brokenhearted; he rescues those whose spirits are crushed.’  When you flee from God’s presence, He pursues after you.” // Mike Caple

“Whatever God’s called you to do will be something you’re going to enjoy. You can make an impact on people’s lives. The world is waiting for you to use your gift!” // Smiley Elmore Jr.

“The way you climb high is by going low. God resists the proud but exalts the humble. He designed you to be a person of influence. Go into all the world and influence people to follow God.” // Kaira McKinnon

“Life is a series of climbs. If you’re not climbing, you’re not growing. You can make your own plans, but the Lord orders your steps. God can do a lot with a heart that trusts Him.” // Ashley Morris

“There is a cost to climb. When you give God everything you are, He can give you everything He is. The moment you become obedient is when God can begin to bless you.” // Zach Morris

“Each time I attend Campmeeting, it causes my faith to grow deeply. I find myself at another level with the Lord.” // Ikechukwu

“I volunteer because youth leaders changed my life—the same with Summer Blitz. It changed my life every single time. So I want to help other kids have that experience too.” // Greyson

Campmeeting reminds me of the importance of staying connected and feeding your faith.” // LaRonda

“[Summer Blitz] literally helps spread the Gospel to all four corners of the earth. People from all corners are coming here, and they are going to go back and spread what happened. It means so much to me because I get to be a part of that.” // Precious

Rhema Kids

Armor Up!

Young kids face big problems in today’s world. That’s why the Rhema Kids theme for 1st-5th graders was so relevant: “Put on the Armor of God—Be able to stand up to anything!” They learned how to combat life’s difficulties by using God’s armor. In the mornings, they made each piece of the armor: the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of readiness, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the spirit. Every night more than 150 kids jumped into energetic praise and spontaneous worship. They often continued singing acapella long after the music stopped. Then they attentively absorbed the importance of each piece of armor. Many parents shared how their children talked in great detail about what they were learning in each service. Powerful times of ministry followed the teaching, and the love of God was felt by all. Kids who answered altar calls were visibly moved. Children voluntarily shared Bible verses or things that God had spoken to their hearts. It was a remarkable week!

The Rhema Kids theme for preschoolers was “Talking with God.” Children learned that they can talk to God just like they talk to their mom and dad. They also learned that we can thank God for things He has given us, ask Him to help us, talk to Him when we are scared, and how to pray for others. Talking with God is a vital part of our relationship with Him. Our goal was for our littlest ones to become comfortable talking with God and to understand that He is always close!
